Personal Daily Activities/In-home Support
Superior Disability Care is here to assist you in tasks that are required in everyday life. Whether you need a little support or a lot, we make sure you feel empowered to complete your daily tasks with confidence
Some examples of how we can help you in your everyday life include:
Mobility - support to get where you need to go
Personal care - such as showering, toileting and dressing
Cooking - helping you prepare healthy, tasty meals
Domestic chores - assisting with cleaning, laundry and yard maintenance
Bill management - assisting you to pay bills on time or make necessary enquiries.
Medication assistance - support with taking your medication.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Superior Disability Cares 'Supported Independent Living' supports you to live as independently as possible.
We will support you in your daily living activities, whilst helping you to practice and build capacity upon your skills.
SIL support is provided in your home and can include activities such as:
Personal care - such as showering, toileting, dressing
Cooking - assisting you to make healthy and tasty meals
Domestic chores - assisting in cleaning, laundry, yard maintenance
Paying/managing household bills - assisting you to pay bills on time or
make necessary enquiries.
Medication assistance - assistance with taking your medication
Attending appointments - the support workers time in assisting you to attend your appointments
Public Transport - Assistance and practice to catch public transport
The cost of transport, rent, board, food and activities is not paid for through the NDIS Supported Independent Living funding.

Individualised Living Options (ILO)
Individualised Living Options (ILO) is an NDIS support that lets you choose the home you live in, where you live and who you live with.
There are lots of different choices for you, you can share your home with friends or housemates, choose to live alone or investigate other options that work for you.
ILO's are funded in two parts, which includes:
Stage 1 - Exploring and designing the supports you would like and how you would like them to be delivered.
Stage 2 - Implementation of Stage 1, which includes putting your supports in place.
Superior Disability Care offers ILO Stage 2 (Implementation), which includes providing your in home support that has been tailored specifically to YOUR needs.
Please note: ILO includes the supports that come into your home, it does not include the home itself.
